Production
You can turn to CPE for the assembly of printed circuit boards and assembly into a final product. We assemble both conventional and SMD components, either on the same or separate circuit boards.
The production department is equipped for prototypes, small, and larger batches. Our production adheres to IPC standards, and each employee is certified
Engineering
We have built a lot of experience in systems based on microcontrollers, audio systems, LED lighting, man-machine interfaces, IoT, Edge computing,...
During the pre-study we'll look for different possible solutions.
Following this, the schematic is created, and the printed circuit board is designed, produced, and thoroughly tested.
We can develop the needed software and/or firmware to control or configure your project.
In-house, we have the necessary equipment to validate the printed circuit boards:
- Climate chamber: assesses the impact of temperature and humidity.
- EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) testing: evaluates radio frequency emission and immunity through pre-compliant tests.
- X-ray inspection: non-destructive examination.
- Thermal camera: monitors temperature behavior and detects hot spots.
