CPE develops
hardware on request. The design will follow the following process:
Pre-study, Base design, Prototype, Preserie, Series and Manufactory
Depending the type of product to develop, asked quality, price budget,
is it possible to eliminate or shrink some items of design process.

Request, Pre-study & Feasibility studie
CPE will discuss the request with the customer. CPE will make a temporary
planning, cost calculation, developing specifications, and conducting
feasibility studies.
Base design
C.P.E. will translate the selected proposal into an document with following
topics: Detail description of the hardware, software and firmware, Selection
of tools, methods, Interfaces,...
During the Base design phase will CPE make a detail planning, and the
detail cost-calculation.
Prototype
CPE will documentate, design schematics, drawing the PCB,
manufactory of the hardware,
testing and optimizing. All software
modules will be developed, tested and integrated to final software.
Pre-series
The hardware and software will be available for the customer, but it will
be not qualified.
A small amount of the product will be build. Some units will be used to
qualified the product, some units will be available for the customer (for
demonstration, to sale,...).
During thePreseries phase will CPE make all the documents to produce the
product.
Production
Our assembly
line has been configured for prototypes, small and larger series.
