Production

You can come to CPE to assembly printed circuit boards, and to produce an end product. We handdle conventional and SMD components, even on the same printplaat. De assembly line has been configured for prototypes, small and larger series.

Single-sided and double-sided SMD assembly is no problem for us. Our pick-and-place machine has a dispensor for glue and pasta with result that we can solder in reflow and wave. Due to both soldertechnics, we can assembler printed circuits with SMD and conventionally components, or combination of both.

Our installation has been already adapted for lead free assembly (Pb-free solder).

CPE has a complete production line for the board assembly. Important machines are the pick-and-place machine 'Tescon 501', reflow oven 'Ersa hotflow 3', golf soldeeroven 'Ersa ETS250' (leadfree) and screen printer 'DEK260' (with vision).

Our production plant has been foreseen with ESD protection.

Other activity are assembling wire-units and assembling complete products.
